Would highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with irritated, inflamed, or itchy skin, or struggling with the symptoms of eczema or psoriasis. I use this for my psoriasis that flares up on my arms and legs and found it incredibly helpful when used with a basic moisturiser or emollient. I used this twice daily, or whenever my skin was itchy or irritated, and my skin cleared up within a couple months. The mini rescue mist is particularly good for bringing along in your pocket or bag in case you need it during the day.
